AI has a prisoner I want

I'm currently the king of my country and I'm at war with the vlandians I was able to whittle them down to just one clan and just one person in this clan, however, one of my vassals has him as a prisoner, I went to see if I can barter with him for his release or for him to give the prisoner to me but none of these options are there, what can I do? I'm trying to absolutely kill these vlandians :(
