I’ve joined my first faction and after doing … nothing else for my new temporary king, I find myself granted a castle. The castle is Ab Comer castle and being so close to a Battanian city and a castle(whom we are at war with) I’m kind of assuming I won’t have it for long.

Most of the google searches seem to be how to get a castle without a faction but I need to know what to do when you’ve u expectedly had one given to you.

My party is only around 56 strong (around 10 of those being the ones given when joining, and I’m around the 36k denar mark and still working on consistently keeping my stashed gold above 50k week in and out.

Should I be working on getting recruits to garrison at my castle/stocking up on food supplies for the castle as well? I’m atill getting used to organizing my units and tactics overall, should I expect to have to defend the castle soon or will the game give me a notification if I need to defend the castle?
