always getting mixed troops archer x infantry, and how to manage party in battle?
Post Body

so I use only battania troops, Oathsworns shieldwall fians hiding behind them. rarely i use horsmen too, does not matter how much I try in best case there is always at least 1 fian champion in infantry squad. rearranging troops take forever since it randomly splits archers and infantry I have to make same command. tens of times to finally put archers together and infantry togethet. and reinforcements are always messy when they arrive, best case would be if they arrived with different groups but they are added to current troops and mixed at that infantry and archer or cvaalry together which makes impossible to command and even if they were added to currently existing groups properly, how can I command them? while my Oathsworns in shieldwall getting pushed and fians shooting from behind and reinforcements arrive in opposite dircetion how the heck can I tell them what to do. I cant move my infantry because they are in shieldwall defending archers and i cant give order reinforcements to circle enemy or charge from behind since that will affect currently battling troops which are supposed to hold ground. tbh I didnt play game for more than month for that reason. commanding party is impossible and crappy. I want to play but watching helplessly how reinforcements getting wiped out without having option to give them separate command without screwing whole party formation when I have "perfect strategy" in mind drives me nuts
