I will be embarking onto a Parnate Nardil regimen.
What I am curious about is: How much Nardil should I add and when do I take it for the GABA-T and ALA-T inhibition to work effectively?
I have heard that if you take too much Nardil or too much Parnate together, you lose the GABA-T and ALA-T inhibition since MAO would be completely inhibited, therefore the metabolite of Nardil that causes the inhibition wouldn't be created. You apparently need to get the dosages of both Nardil and Parnate correct, and the timing of the doses as well.
I am just trying to learn how to dial in my Parnate and Nardil dosages and timing of doses.
Thank you for your time.
