Which one to tackle parnate insomnia?

Post Body

I have been on parnate for 7 months now. I am on 50mg that I take somewhere between 5-7am. Then I take a long acting Ritalin at 8 and a Modnafil. This was to keep me from falling asleep during the day. However, I could never sleep at night. It’s getting to be a lot. The lack of sleep and lack of good sleep, through all the waking.

I have been using clonazapam. But also have quentiapine and prebaglin which I haven’t tried. And I don’t know which one to try. I’m on 50mg of parnate. 200mg of lamagotragine in the morning and 40mg of latuda in the evening. I have tried melatonin, I have tried magnesium with theanine and taurine. And it’s only the benzo that can get me to sleep, but not stay asleep. But my dosage keep having to go up. And I don’t want that. It’s not my adhd meds, as I can get so tired on them. I was on Vyvanse and Ritalin with the modafinil made me so sleepy. So we changed to the long acting Ritalin and modafinil.

Any suggestions between the quentiapine or pregablin? Or maybe something else? I have some tryptophan coming in the mail.

Thanks
