I wanted to take a pill called calm. I just want to make sure it’s ingredients are ok.
Niacin (as Niacinamide) 45 mg 281% Vitamin B-6 (from Pyridoxine HCI) 8 mg 471% Magnesium (from Magnesium Bisglycinate) (TRAACS™) 6.5 mg 2% GABA (Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid) 200 mg †Glycine 200 mg †Taurine 200 mg †Inositol 100 mg †Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) (Root)
I will also take a seperate magnesium tablet too.
Oh, and tryptophan? I recall reading something about that. Is there a safe limit? Would 500mg be ok? I need to relax and be calm and I can’t. So I’m looking to supplements for help.
Oh and ginkgo biloba?
I can’t find anywhere specific that will give me definitive answers. Am I missing somewhere to read about these things?
Any advice would be great, thank you.
