Like the title, looking to play some silly racing games with my partner. I've been emulating for a while and have fight sticks for my normal arcade controls, but I've never made the jump into steering wheels. There are so many options and such a huge variety of price I don't know where to begin. Hori has some in my price range, but they only have 270 degree rotation, is that enough for games like Cruis'n World or Mario Kart arcade? Are there games that won't work for? If I get two, am I going to be able to run two instances of games with separate cabinets and race against each other?

Not going to put them into an arcade cabinet, so something that sits on the table is fine.
