Hawkeye(Kate)'s Boomerang Arrow bug?

I've been using Kate for a while, and I just noticed now (I know, I know) that her Boomerang Arrow doesn't work. I'm used to pairing her with Hawkeye(Clint) so I don't usually feel the loss of the Boomerang Arrow, but now in the SpecOps, I need all the help I could get and Kate's arrow just isn't coming back. just like her dear exes Patriot and Speed in the YA comics
Is anyone else having this issue too?
