Oly 12-40mm f2.8 PRO for astrophotography?
Post Body

1 month since I bought my em10 ii. Really enjoying it as my first camera. I'm planning now to get a good all-around lens. (photo and video).

Is the 12mm f2.8 wide enough to capture great milky way shots? (Assuming right conditions such as dark clear skies and new moon)

Also general reviews for this 12-40mm PRO lens will be much appreciated too! TIA

EDIT: After all of your advice here. I'm definitely solid on getting this lens. I'll have it test for astro and I'll post some pictures here of what I can capture, then we'll see it from there. Thank you!
