Sanity check: Op rod spring
Post Body

I noticed the op rod spring on my CMP Garand was a bit worn flat in sections from years of friction. Decided it was a good idea to replace it before my first match. The replacement I got from Numrich was about an inch longer. Granted, the old one seemed a bit compressed at the muzzle end. Sounds like I was more due for a spring than I realized?

Always like to double check with smarter folks when a replacement part is a little off.
