Transferring from Titan into M1 issues

Has anyone here done this? I'm struggling to get Titan to transfer my accounts over to M1

In Titan I have an individual as well as Roth IRA account. I want to transfer both over to M1 and consolidate all my money in 1 place. Titan is being a bit pesky and difficult to work with. I need to apparently liquidate my crypto holdings first and pay a $75 outgoing transfer fee (unless M1 covers these fees?)... ON top of that M1 requests that you don't place any trades in the outside account so the transfer can complete. But Titan specifically doesn't show me how to pause trading in my account since it operates 'like a hedge fund' they just make trades and then email you about it after the fact.

lastly, I'm having difficulty locating my account numbers in Titan :/
