Has anyone noticed their symptoms worsening at a certain time of day?

For the past 2 years, I’ve had everything get worse (usually more inflamed) at 4pm everyday and I can’t figure out why. I’m bedridden 90% of the time, so I’m basically doing the same thing for the entire day.
