For those with Chronic Lyme- 10+ years- Do you think stuff like herbal/Buhner protocol actually works?

Post Body
I've had Lyme for so long that I'm considering diving back into that.
Did tons of antibiotics with LLMD's in my first year-2 years of Lyme but it eventually reached a point where antibiotics didn't seem to do anything besides mess up my stomach.
I'm at a loss what to do- I have fatigue all the time and I can't gain weight... also have seen every type of doctor imaginable and they are all absolutely useless (outside of ruling out other scary things)..
Any ideas?
Thanks
