It was a very minor fender, but it's the first time being involved as a passenger. I filed the report on the app. Looks like both parties are not on the same page (not surprising). I'm just wondering what a passenger's feedback on what happened means in this situation. The driver's insurance has been blowing up my phone on to get my side of the story. I do think it was 50:50 but I was not paying attention until the last second. The whole point of booking an ride service is so you don't have to pay attention to what's going on. Doesn't mean you should be oblivious, but if a driver can't react fast enough to an issue on the road, not much i can do in the back seat.
Where did this happen? What happened?
