Lyft keeps saying they need to "escalate" but then I never get a response. What can I do?

My account was hacked and I have desperately been trying to get me account back for weeks now, only for each chat with an agent resulting in escalation or being told to wait, but there's never a resolution. What can I do? At this point I'm ready to contact an attorney for mental distress.
