I received an email notification that there was sus activity on lyft, but the email disappeared when opening my Hotmail. I checked my Lyft app, and it asked me for my number instead of auto login. It basically prompted me to create a new account, even though it's the same number. When logging in, all of my info, including email, profile pic, and ride history was missing. I updated the email.
After an extensive chat through the lyft Twitter account, they tell me they have no account history with my number or email, and therefore can't verify I am the owner of accoun, and therefore can't help me.
I still have receipts in my email from older rides.
So now I just have to worry someone has my old account with my credit card information I guess?
