I've been driving for Lyft since late September and have done pretty well. I get good ratings, I'm friendly, and I make sure to get my passengers to their destinations safely. However, this past week, I've been getting flagged with three star ratings seemingly left and right. I have email messages claiming it's due to safety concerns, but I make sure to be careful, especially with the rain in my area.
I've had 903 rides and am at 4.9.
Possibly customers trying to get free rides. Do you have a camera? If not, go get one. That should end that.
I’ve seen him once or twice and thought wow!! Really!? Since there is so much they don’t tell us at the beginning it’s literally learn as you go. I’ve had very little help and cs is a joke lol. I can’t believe the guy doesn’t give away what he knows so I honestly doubt he’s as up to date with driving in the platforms as he once was. Not a real good source of info. He’s also hard to understand lol

How long have you been a driver? I was temporarily deactivated because I hit on a guy and it made him uncomfortable (but I’m also male) lol. They didn’t deactivate me after I gave my side of the story because he clearly led me on and was also still intoxicated.
