What a long ride he had. I'm currently talking to the customer service but I was wondering does the driver still get his money from this long ride or taken away?

They probably won’t give you your money back but certainly won’t take back from the driver since they performed the function of going from point a to point b with someone in the car. Drivers do not card pax but it wouldn’t be a bad idea imo.

On Uber, I agree, on Lyft, no. Lyft and Uber both should also enforce photos of pax and I will ask for id if I think a pax is under 18.
