The driver submitted photos that are clearly of tow separate occasions the floor mats are even different. In one photo there is lettuce on the floor and on the other two are a large and small paper bag, both overlapping in shot and not showing the other mess, they are also taken in a way not to show any outside of the car.
I responded with a initial counter to the fee but lyft said they where not going to make any changes. They could see my past ride logs that I come from a dine In restaurant to a bar not 40 minutes before the ride.
I have sent a second response detailing how the photos are suspicious and asking them to please review it again.
What can I do now? Who do I speak to or message? Itβs not even about the $20 now Iβm just shocked a driver can get away with such a easy lie and get a free $20 with some old photos of some dry lettuce and a paper bag.
What city? I pulled up next to a friend who also drives like me and she had her seat covers pulled back and was sucking up whatever her customer had spilled and she also had an unusual towel on the floor. She only got $20 for the spill and her seats are now ruined from whatever it was the customer spilled.
