Fraudulent damage fee, what do I do?
Post Body

Took a 12 minute ride from Vegas airport to my hotel yesterday afternoon. Got charged for $150 damage fee. I asked for what it was from and they sent me pictures of the whole plastic side of the seat ripped off. I wasn't even sitting in that seat.

I opened 2 different chats asking for the metadata of the images to prove that they were taken after my ride and both times they ended the chat without providing.

Not sure it makes a difference but the license aye was also off by one letter. There was a W instead of an M. I thought it was fishy but didn't worry about it until seeing the false damage fee.

What are my options? What should I do? Am I just screwed out of $150?
