So I got matched by an elderly lady.
She was not going on the highway. Saying there was traffic. She was supposed to pick me up at 9:00 and drop me off at 9:30. She dropped me off at 10.
She was refusing to follow the map. She made me very very late to my driver's license appointment. How do I contact the customer support for a refund? I could have taken a bus and I could have gotten there faster. This ride costed me 30$
I was supposed to be at work by 10:30. My boss is asking me to take half day off if things get delayed.
None of the options in the app let me talk to a real person 😐
