I took a Lyft on Friday and I accidentally left my garage door opener to my new apartment in it. I messaged the driver and they said item had been found but they asked if I could wait because they didn't want to drive downtown. I said ok, fine. I have since followed up yesterday asking what day I can expect to receive this and then again today stating "I need my garbage door opener today" and offering to meet in a public parking lot and driving their way. I have not received a response yet. What can I do about this? This is starting to really bother me!
