Just got charge a fee for vomit. Driver have two pictures of vomit on car which I never did.

Lyft refuses to listen to my messages and are firm on charging me. How the fuck do I move on?

Want to charge the driver for fraud but how? Have evidence with witnesses n timestamps what not that I didn't vomit.

*Update; After all your help, I looked through the timestamps on the "proof" (photos) and kept on arguing with Lyft. Kept on pushing the driver's version of the story as it makes no sense at all. The ride is logged from start to end with time. The puke where supposed to be two incidents I "did" but somehow I did it when dropped off and in 1microsecond before my door camera sees me(timestamped) I don't want to give in more details as this driver clearly isn't the brightest and missed a lot of details. I don't want to explain it all here as it can give idiots more things to think of when doing these frauds.

Thanks for keeping me push Lyft and not giving in. I also found a lawyer who handles these cases with vomit fraud.

Again, thanks for your help and yeah, Lyft support sucks. Now I'm debating on how to follow up with this. I get really pissed off when people try to frame innocent people. I want to make sure Lyft punishes the driver somehow.
