Had a weird experience leaving me highly uncomfortable
Post Body

So today was actually the first time I’ve ever used Lyft as I have my own vehicle and I’ve used other driving services in the past without problems. The driver today ended up making me feel highly uncomfortable.

I needed a ride to the car shop to pick up my car well along the way the guy missed the junction exit I could see his gps and it showed to get off at the exit but due to traffic he couldn’t get over safely so I didn’t think anything of it, he got off at the next exit and then proceeded to ask me if this was where I needed to be dropped off at I could clearly see that it wasn’t and his gps even indicated that we were still 5 miles away, it was in a random neighborhood and the guy then started blaming the gps for the screw and insisting I get out. I could see his gps again showing that we were not in the right area. Just highly uncomfortable. He then continued the ride to my destination and I had to direct him verbally towards the end after he got into the wrong lane I had to correct him to get into the turn lane to actually get where I was going, I could see the entire time the GPS on his phone was going to the right place.

I don’t I reported the situation to Lyft but honestly I don’t ever want to use Lyft again after today. I didn’t like the situation and Lyfts customer support wasn’t helpful in the situation. If the guy ignored my directions at the end I would have called the police.
