Adding kill switches to electrics.
Post Body

I'm planning to add some kill switches to some of my guitars and was hoping for some tips or insights from some of the experts.
I'm planning to add one to my 7-string Ibanez RG series. I'm assuming I will need to cut out. a cavity in the back behind where I want the switch, then I will need to drill a channel from that spot to the rest of the hardware. Does anyone have experience in doing this?
Also, what do you think it would cost if I paid someone to do it? (although I would much rather do it myself.)
If I can do it well on the Ibanez, I think I would like to do it on my Schecter as well.
