New Acoustic Battery Placement
Post Body

Found a deal on this Paramount series Fender and based on the reviews and how pretty it looked I took the plunge and I really like it! My biggest issue with it is the placement of the 9 volt is just under the fretboard side of the soundhole. I don't think it's possible to replace it without loosening at least a few strings and using a lot of hand contortion. So my question is, is it possible to modify the placement of the battery (or the guitar to make it externally accessible) to make it easier to replace, especially heaven forbid, mid-gig?

The pickup on this P 220e is a Fishman Sonitone co-designed by Fender, with under saddle tone and volume dials similar to others guitars I have with more practical battery socket designs.

IMHO, this restricted design is a big downside for using this guitar on stage and is not something I anticipated. Any advice appreciated as I really like the guitar so far.
