This is the first of my meditation-style audios that I'm sharing publicly, it's meant for slow relaxation.
I recommend listening when you have 10 minutes of quiet alone time.
There is an additional 4 or 5 minutes of continuing music at the end for those who want to prolong the relaxation or perhaps drift off to sleep.
