Has anyone ever had trouble with yodel delivering their kitchen box in UK?

My kitchen box was ment to arrive yesterday but it still says it's in the depot. Went on yodel live chat and got told too many parcels were the reason why mine never got delivered yesterday and will be delivered today. But it's still saying in depot. Never had a problem before. Getting concerned now. What happens if I never get it, will Lush have a spare kitchen box to send me,
