How do you feel about perfume oils?

I'm planning on buying some Lord of Misrule and Butterball perfume oils that came out in the U.K. a while back. I just have a few questions!
1.) How do they compare to the perfumes in the glass bottles? Do they last longer, are they stronger, etc.?
2.) How much do you use at a time?
3.) How long do each of the little bottles last for you?
