Those of you in the hotter parts of the US can probably understand the love-hate relationship I am having with the weather here in California.

I came home Sunday evening, and as usual had several packages of Lush things waiting for me (I work on the other side of the state from my mailing address). Two Kitchen orders and two swaps.

Avojelly is amazing, btw. And Back for Breakfast smells like my favorite tea.

Everything looked to have survived the 100 degree heat we'd had slam down on us.

Except the Elixir Bath Melt. Which had, well, melted. Almost completely. (Yet the wrap was still in the shape of a bar)

I was worried about The Soft Touch melting, but it was surprisingly intact.

Mildly related: My Full of Grace, in the tin that I had used to bring it with me in my bathroom bag, also melted. I now have a pot of Full of Grace now, which is not exactly a bad thing, but slightly more difficult to use sparingly.

TL;DR EVERYTHING MELTS IN CALIFORNIA AND IT'S NOT BECAUSE WE ARE ON FIRE
