Received an order meant for someone else 🫠

Ordered some various christmas, Diwali and halloween products and I instead received this. It was actually addressed to someone else and my address label was put on top of it. I already contacted Lush, but just curious if anyone else has experienced this?
Usually my Lush orders ship through UPS but this was through something called Puralator so idk 🤷🏼♂️
