Is my sensor ok?

I cleaned my sensor recently due to dust ok it, used those K&f tips with the purposed liquid. Did everything as i should but my sensor looks like this now. Is it ok or wtf is going on, for now i cant notice nothing on the final images.
I really hope i didnt fuck up my sensor, and if i did is there something i can do?
