I struggles to find a good portable strobes for the S5II

So my problem is more that i do not understand where to find a strobes like the neewer Q4 for exemple that work with the S5II.
I want to start doing flash photography with a strobes outside, but it seem like neewer didn't made a trigger for the lumix system.
So im really confuse and im really new into flash, can ou help me understand that ? I feel lost.
