Amitys parents would not care if she was gay. I believe this based on their actions and how they care about status, as we have seen no one protest gay, lesbian, etc. Relationships, I believe that it is perfectly acceptable in the boiling isles. This leads me to believe that the parents would mainly protest Lumity because luz is a human. Also because I bet if Amity fell in love with Bocha it would be rejoiced because of Bochas status on the Isles.
