27”iMac late 2015 ssd upgrade, is the thermal sensor cable from OWC necessary? A lot of reputable places I found saying that particularly for this model it is not needed. I will probably use masking tape to temporarily hold the glass to test if the fans stay at full throttle before sealing it. Any advice? Thanks OWC Thermal Sensor
