Thinking about getting back into lucid dreaming again, I was doing it naturally almost every day for a few years but I’ve only had one in the last month. It’s hard to keep my mind to a routine for it, any advice?

Had a normal lucid dream up until It all of the sudden zoomed out of first person and I all the sudden started playing myself as a character on a tv with a controller, it’s hard to explain but it was very strange.
