lower and higher realms of dreams?
Post Body

hi, I’m s and I’m trying to navigate and understand my dreams. I’ve lucid dreamed from the first dream I can remember having around age 3-4 not knowing what I was doing, I still do as an adult but it’s still not on purpose it just kinda happens every night. There’s generally two very different underlying emotions, color scale, even temperature. Some dreams are very dark, I have a feeling I’m running from something even if I’m just sitting down to eat or walking through a house and I often feel very cold, the air smells stale, I’m participating in the dream fluidly with everyone else but I still feel like I’m missing some information and actively look for it. On the other end of it I have dreams where the world is radiant, it’s comfortably warm and I can feel myself almost getting a sunburn from being in sunlight without SPF, I don’t have to search for information there, if I seem lost the other people in the dream openly share knowledge of the situations but I usually don’t need it because I already know what’s happening more often than not. I guess what I’m asking is why do I have such separate energies of my dreams, is there something I should be doing to feel less lost in lower realm dreams, am I there to learn a lesson? And are there things I can learn in upper realm dreams or should I just enjoy my time there? Are they really called upper and lower realms? I know that’s more than one question but I still have hundreds more I can’t seem to put into words
