Hello, please guide me if you can, I thought this subreddit would have posts on the side of the main page but I would really like to learn how to start lucid dreaming and I'm not sure how to start doing it. I have never lucid dreamed before. I recently made a life change and have chose to stop consuming THC for personal reasons but one of the effects I've noticed from coming off of it is that I actually have dreams now. Since I am actually having dreams I think it would be awesome to be able to really learn how to start lucid dreaming. It's something I've always wanted to do and have attempted before but never succeeded.

Any starters or beginner guides would be appreciated. Thank you so much!
