I set about 10 alarms each night. One is for when I wake up, three are for my first REM sleep, three for my second, and so on. I have two huge issues (using iPhone alarm app). 1. I only wake up about once a night, not three times. 2. I keep falling asleep rather than moving around and doing WBTB or something. Also, for the times I try FILD, it seems like I fall asleep without getting a lucid dream. It’s almost like I lose focus and drift off. It’s weird though because I think about it and I’m asleep. When I’m that tired sleep comes to my very easily. How do I fix what I’m doing?
