So far this has happened 3 times after I WBTB. I try an induction technique (so far I have only really tried MILD and FILD), then when i'm in this state in which i'm not even sure if I am thinking it all up or actually dreaming, I RC and immediately wake up. This morning I did a WBTB and couldn't sleep for an hour but when I finally did, my mind told me I was dreaming and I did the nose pinch technique and realized I really was dreaming (I was sleeping so lightly at this point I could feel my arm in real life not move at all but in the dream it was moving). When I realized I was lucid, I was in a blindingly light room and I knew that if I opened my eyes I would wake up. And I was waking up so fast I had no time to stabilize the dream so I just opened my eyes and lo and behold I am actually awake... I am not sure what I can do to not have these pseudo-dreams and have an actual lucid dream (I don't want to call these lucid dreams as they are all less than 10 seconds and when my mind tells me to check my reality I basically immediately wake up).
