I fall into sleep paralysis at least 3-5 times per month and sometimes several times throughout the night. Could be due to anxiety, lack of sleep or oversleeping, and sometimes I just don't know. I no longer 'see demons' but I'm still punching at invisible ones, screaming internally, trying to to escape or wake up my body, or leaving my body to do some kind of drunken flailing macarena (to scare away demons?). Sometimes I manage to leave my body and do something cool but I don't know exactly how to do that because I don't know that much about WILD tbh. But just now towards the end of another terrifying episode I left my conscious self in my room as I went downstairs to pet my dog. She seemed to recognise me and while I know this was 100% dream material I secretly hope we had some kind of spiritual connection lol. Anyway if you have any tips on calming tf down during SPs and turning those into lucid dreams that would be cool.
TLDR; Experience sleep paralysis regularly and WILDs sometimes incidentally, would like to have more WILDs -- how?
