Hi everyone. I was hoping to get some advice on how to better approach WILD or some tid bits that have helped other people.
I’ve gotten a bit of success with all of the methods in the past so this wouldn’t be my first time trying. I just never REALLY got the hang of it.
I love lucid dreaming and want to be able to use WILD proficiently. I can’t really do the back to bed, alarm 5 hours in because my wife has a hard time going to sleep normally and if an alarm wakes her up hours before she’s supposed to she just won’t be able to go back to sleep. With that in mind, WILD seems like the better method for me, unless anyone has anything different I should try.
That said, I’d love some advice! Thanks!
