I can’t believe it! The most regular day before and the night was like any other. The only difference is that I went to sleep really early like 8pm and a lamp in my room was on. I really love my sleep and always have since I can remember. Well anyways I shouldve wrote this down but Im not sure if I woke up before or after it happened.
Anyways I was having a kind of maze like dream where I was going through levels and I got into this hallway that was very dark. Then I opened up these doors and was in this room full of things that were blurry but I started walking around inside and thought to my dreaming self that I was dreaming and that I was actually conscious of this dream state and that I was lucid dreaming. So I thought to myself I want to change this room to a room full of beautiful things and everything turned into beautiful pieces of artwork n such. Well I went up to this corner piece and turned this marble or granite pedestal into a mans face with great hair reminiscent of a greek gods head and the amount of details in his hair and face was astounding clear. And after 1 second of taking it in that I just did that I wanted to see if I could break the head with my hands. So my arm flew out at incredible speed and my hand grabbed his face and crumbled the half of his face in my hand. I looked at my hand and then I lost the narrative of the dreams for the rest of the night. But I woke up so fucking happy and surprised that lucid dreaming is really real. I still can’t believe it and its now going on late evening now. I feel validated and I almost wanna cry I dont know why but I have never had control of my dreams like that and it was so awesome to have that experience. To think I have been dreaming my whole life and for a few moments in that dream I knew I was dreaming and took the narrative. I woke up feeling energized but I slept really late which sleeping late usually makes me even more tired. Idk.
Anyways I just wanted to share that. Somehow I feel that looking at my hand made me lose control of the narrative. Has anyone else had this happen to them?
