First time lucid dreaming

I did this for the first time last night and it was crazy. I had never heard of this before and it happened by accident. It was so weird I was dreaming normally but then at one point I realised I had control of what I was doing. This lasted a few seconds as it was kind of scary and I got too excited.
I came out of the dream, but still could not move. My mind was awake but my body was sleeping. I had the feeling that I was sinking into my bed.
Pretty crazy experience, how can I achieve this again?
