I've been reading up on B6 and B12 vitamins, and have decided to give them a whirl. It seems universally agreed on that it's okay to take B6 right before bed, but when it comes to B12 the answers I'm finding on the internet seem to be completely split in half. Some people say it gives you energy and disrupts sleep, some people say it's okay to take it right before bed.. Is there anyone on here with some experience that can provide me with some insight? Just trying to figure out if I should take it before bed, or maybe before work instead.
