If I was to set an intention for a lucid dream I wanted to have before I was to go to sleep? Would that help me to get into the lucid dream I want when I go to sleep? Of course I would have the intention set all day. Then do I also think of that intention at least a few times a day to help my mind get to that mental state before I go to bed?
