Recently been keeping a dream journal and trying WBTB along with IMP. So I notice every time I start to fall into a dream I fall into it for a second and then I snap out of it quickly back into my awareness. I try to visualize my body part in a position, but then sometimes my mind will drift off into a dream and then when I remember iโm dreaming or I remember to visualize my body part moving I instantly snap back awake. This could have to do with me taking kratom or having caffeine earlier in the day, Idk to be honest. Maybe I just get excited to dream.But any tips on the snapping awake? Is there a way for me to fall into the dream state while being focused on my body anyway? I have also noticed I snap awake or donโt fall asleep when I specifically think about lucid dreaming.
