How much ability haste/CDR do you need to fully reset E with a proper combo once the skill is maxed out. ANALYSIS

How much cdr for full reset?

FOR LIVE

cdr minor rune, trans, and essence reaver, will give you 37% cdr at level 13 which will be enough to reset e with proper ani cancel

CDR minor rune, essence reaver, cosmic insight, level 13 will give you 32% CDR which isnt enough to cancel. 14 is 33% still not enough, 15 is still 33 which isnt enough. 16 is 34 which is almost but not enough. same story with 17. 18 is 35% which leaves around .4 seconds on your e, but it isn't a full reset.

so it looks to be around 36 or 37% cdr will reset your e all the way

FOR PBE

If my math is correct 37.5 cdr is 60 ability haste which should be the threshold your E fully resets with a proper combo.

After testing this is TRUE. I'm not sure how much lower you can get ability haste and still get full E resets. We know 35 wont. So anywhere between 55-59 ability haste will work. 55 haste is 35.48 CDR which isn't quite enough. Around 56~57 up will be enough

So now the question is, how little ability haste do you need with navori quickblade to fully reset your E CD?

With just 30 ability haste (what Navori gives you) it ALMOST fully resets your E. But you have to have 100% Crit for this to always work. With 40 ability haste it will always reset E with 100% crit

With the ability haste minor rune at level 13 with only navori qb you will have 37 ability haste and with 100% crit which will be enough to fully reset E

Enjoy!
