I need "make" to install my network device drivers but can't install it without network, this is a conundrum.

Unfortunately, getting an ethernet cord to this unit is not going to be possible for a few days. If I gotta, I gotta. Is there a way I can just find a deb file, and throw it on a stick, or am I going to be needing to make a whole offline repository or something?
