The trigger training series are 8 audios at all:

• 6 training audios
• 1 test audio
• 1 trigger training removal audios

These audios could teach you to learn your body and mind to react to short trigger phrases, written or spoken by Miss Wendy (u/WendysLostBoys).

All scripts were written by me, lectorated by my wife, performed and improved by Miss Wendy and I tried to improve the great performances of Miss Wendy, with editing the audios.

This whole series, especially the first two audios ("Trigger training 1" and "Trigger test") are strongly inspired by the work of r/MissMarieCherry (she hasn't a redddit account anymore, but her subreddit is still online). We created our adaption with her pleasant approval.
